If you search for it there are a few people saying its North America version. Not sure if that means international.

According to Republic Wireless, it is called the NA version.

We only support the North America unlocked version of this phone. Look for this model number in the product details: HD1905

Yes it's the NA model as it has Band 71 for T-Mobile.
