Most definitely a motorola nexus or any other big screen with high PPI product that ships with pure android.
I waited my note for a whole month SGSII and iphone 4s were very very tempting during that period.
Big screen and cpu was the main reason behind my choice. Now that i see samsung wasted it with silly TW interface I will most probably go with a vanilla android phablet.

Probably Note 2 if it really feels faster that NOte 1.
I cant see myself going back to smaller display although ios is very tempting.

nexus is slow but gets updates like crazy !

I think most people will agree with me that it'll be hard for us to go down on screen sizes now. My 2 months old Note recently got stolen but I'm going for another Note 1 as soon as I save up enough money. Note 2 isn't appealing enough for me to spend the extra $250 CAD. Next phone, probably Note 3 or what lakame suggested, a Nexus phablet if it exists.
