What would be the best way to transfer everything to a new device?

I have a 16 gig Nexus7 and am upgrading to a 32 gig.
What would be the best way to transfer everything over?

I suggest backing apps up with Titanium Backup and moving them via computer to your New nexus 7. You can move music/movies like that too

If you are rooted then use titanium backup, if not use adb backup
