I've attached a picture because it's hard to understand. Yesterday afternoon my phone started playing up. It went from glitchy to unusable in the space of a few minutes. When the screen dies I think the phone does too. Somewhere along the line with all the restarts and screen weirdness my microSD card died complete. I noticed this when I placed it into a Huawei Honor 6A I bought late in the evening as a temporary measure.
Without a microSD card or any SIM cards the phone was still glitching intermittently all today as I tried to back it up using the Huawei software. Eventually it stayed on long enough to get a complete backup.
Now about 30 hours from when it started playing up originally and only a few hours from when it was glitching as I backed it up I've turned it on and it appears stable.
Does anyone know what would cause these glitches and if I should keep using the Huawei 6a while I send my P10 plus for repairs? The good thing about the 6a is that I was able to restore a bunch of my P10 app backups to it and it takes my SIM glued to a micro SD card and my second SIM just like the P10 so the downgrade is bearable for a short period of time. The lack of RAM meaning loads of apps close instead of remaining in the background is the worst niggle so far but I'll live with it for a few days if I have to.
