I currently have both nexus 6 and 6p which has just had new battery for and rear cover same as MY, my question is which is a better DD? I like the big screen on my but like the more useable size of 6p
My N6 is running latest neo 7.1.2 rr ROM with Jan patch, and 6p is on aicp 8.1.0Only you can make that decision.
If your N6 is running an Oreo build with January 5 security updates it will be nearly as fast as the N6p except for gaming and camera.
My two N6s are in no jeopardy of being replaced as long as Oreo ROMs are updated and patched.
I've heard this but there is also a lot that don't fail, I love the finger print and not so wide 6p size but love the bigger screen of N6The 6P has a reputation for hardware failures that cause bootloop.
It's personal, but I'm in the same situation. 4 year old N6, needs to be replaced.I currently have both nexus 6 and 6p which has just had new battery for and rear cover same as MY, my question is which is a better DD?
Well I sold the 6 and 2 month later the 6p died of BLOD, went and got an LG G6 instead.only thing missing is no wireless charging but I never really used it anywaysIt's personal, but I'm in the same situation. 4 year old N6, needs to be replaced.
I keep an eye on Nokia 8 Sirocco with stock Android and wireless charging.
1440 x 2560 pixel display.
Snapdragon 835 chipset.
6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
3260 mAh battery.
It's a personal wish. On several places I've a wireless pad for charging the Nexus 4 and later the Nexus 6..... no wireless charging but I never really used it anyways
Most likely indeed. The 6p was a great phone and wouldn of been better if say Motorola had built it with same style as it wouldn't be bootlooping but pixel is outta my price range and I like big screens. The G6 has 5.7 screen, taller than 6p but not as wide but I've got used to it now. Add to the fact only 2 variant of the G6 ( H870 EU + US997 US) models can. Be unlocked and have fastboot commands does limit the development side. It's a personal wish. On several places I've a wireless pad for charging the Nexus 4 and later the Nexus 6.
It's slow charging and probably the reason that a 4-year battery is still working.
