What's The Best Way To Download The OF1 Firmware?

I found two threads with no comments:

I'm not sure about the security of these two files as there are no comments to vouch for them.
I also checked SamMobile, but I need a premium account for downloading archived files. Where is the best place to get the OF1 firmware? Is there a reputable website or tool I can use?

The download speeds are slow, but atleast it works.
