whats with the W1 / W2 ports

Hi Guys.

I was wondering if the S3 has different hardware or revisions.
i noticed on my own modell that is bought from Greece has only the W1 slot.
While the ones i buy for my users in Sweden have both W1 and W2.

W1 is a GSM external antenna conection

W2 is a wifi external antenna conection

So im wondering if there is any difference and if there is some kind of grey-import that isnt covered by warranty by Samsung.
any ideas?

I do have a W1 and W2 slot (Germany). But I have to say, that my S3 is one of the first, I bought it the 5th June

I bought mine sometime near August in Greece.
But the funny thing is im getting different S3 when i order from 2 different dealers in sweden.
every batch is different with and without W1/W2...

I have neither one of them.

The holes are labeled, but they are closed (there is white plastic where the holes should be).

well to be honest i don't care that much about the function im just worried that there are different models that have different warranty because of import from lets say a european stock and not a Nordic.

I know there is different warranty when it comes to Samsung Nordic sold TVs dont know if its the same when it comes to mobiles.

Still would be interesting to know why there are 2 different ones..

Specific Nordic warranty from a say French sourced phone you would need to contact Samsung/ read the warranty terms .
