What's your daily Xoom?

I've been really pleased with my Xoom over the past ~4 years or so, and even though it is old and outdated, I still use it every day.

I have been running CM 10 since it came out, and now mostly use it for web browsing, emailing, some you tube videos to chrome cast... pretty much the same I always have, except I don't play the 30GB of android games I have anymore.

For you who still use your device every day, what are you running, and what role does your Xoom play in your life?

Running CM11 from 10/19 and my kids use it to watch Netflix / Youtube. I sometimes use if for quick browsing, but so many other devices laying around that i prefer....so it's last choice most times. My son also uses it at school when I decide to take the Nexus 7.

My Android 4.2 - super stable! I use my xoom in many ways now, a family "coffee table tablet" streaming NowTV, Netflix etc to our Chromecast, my five year old uses it when her galaxy kids tablet runs out of juice, and the xoom is my take on holiday tablet, perfect size for sat nav and watching movies. I've been through 2 nexus 7s, an ipad 2 and currently own an Acer Iconia A1-830, just goes to show that there's life in the old boy yet...

I can't believe I'm still using this tablet. I've upgraded to a transformer pad infinity since I got the Xoom from the beginning but went back to using the Xoom exclusively because it doesn't lag like the transformer does. The Xoom just works. I might not be able to play the latest and greatest games but it's a great coffee table tablet. Browse, social media, Chromecast, etc. I carry it around with me when I go out and my son uses it to watch his Netflix. I'm flabbergasted as I'm writing this and it's fantastic to hear that you guys are still using yours. Wouldn't it be a complete surprise if they released lollipop for it after all these years? Lol

Two original Xooms and Kindle Fire

For you who still use your device every day, what are you running, and what role does your Xoom play in your life?

We have two original Xooms one Everest and one Wingray. Both have been hacked up to Android 4.1.2. Right now I'm getting ready to take them up to Omin 4.4.4. They both still run very well. My wife's is a little slower because it's bogged down with games. I used mine for everything except reading Amazon Books, the Kindle works best for that, (being and Amazon device and all) I don't have cell service on mine. Email, Browsing, feeding video to the TV, and as a GPS. If 4.4.4 goes on well, I plan to use mine for at least a few more years.
The updates to 4.4.4 aren't going well. Looks like we're stuck on 4.1.2

I have a Stingray MZ602! I've had it for almost 4 years and I'll never get rid of it ! I'm running it on Big Part using 4.4 CM 11! Its still kicking some major @$S! I use it every single day but its mostly hooked up to my kids TV on the dock for movies!
