Whatsapp don't recognize the google account

I just received my mate 30 pro with google service from ali, i backup all my data from whatsapp, i pass my sim and i start to setup de whatsapp (with my same google account already sync) but when whatsapp pass the number verification it says to me "add a gmail account" wich one i already put it, but for some reasons whatsapp can't access my google account on this phone.

Any ideas???

Whatsapp doesnt recognize the google account. The only way to install a backup is manually. Otherwise you lose everything...
