Go to the app store, to Whatsapp, and if you habe the beta you will see option to install on the watch. Finally!!

I noticed massive drain, so have unistalled for now.... shame as was decent enough for watch app

I only receive notifications now for muted groups, not actual contacts.
It updates every single message individually.
It seems nice but it's mostly less convenient than the default system

I think it's a fairly poor app. Messages come in much slower, it graphically looks wrong, like the ppi is wrong, I don't know, and it's not easy to reply on. Better than nothing but it's just hard work. !!
Anyone get delays in getting whatsapps? messages go to my phone but then hours later a whole bunch of messages suddenly appear on the watch

I've the same problem. Sometimes the notifications arrive at the same time, but usually they arrived after a lot of time.
Moreover, sometimes happens that the same notification arrives many times on the watch
