Hello, the device has the Samsung members app. Looking at the application in the notices section I found that information. if you are in stock rom open the application and look for Android 10 update.

For sm-j610f india rom released. For sm-j610g peru and brazil rom released. Still not happening for sm-j610fn :| and i expect samsung after big delay release oneui 2.5 or 2.1, i'm very disappointed from samsung ...
