When opening HTC E9x, it is stuck in bootloop screen, don't have the FASTBOOT option

Hello, I need help with my HTC E9x. When I open my phone, it is stuck in the boot loader screen. Then it restarts by itself.
I checked in youtube and found this link

But I noticed I don't have the options below:
fastboot
BOOTLOADER
REBOOT
REBOOT BOOTLOADER

Can you please help me how to fix this? Thank you very much!!!

When I choose REBOOT TO BOOT-LOADER, it only returns me back to the screen below.
