Lolinet doesn't have the latest (Jeter) which seems to have been released very recently so I'm trying to figure out how to pull the zip somehow

What carrier are you on? The one I linked is Sprint. But if not that carrier, don't use it definitely. Usually update zips are in /cache, probably need to be rooted to pull it out.

I found it somewhere else. Gimme a few and I'll check the location

I can't find it. It was somewhere in /data
