Where are you getting your M3's from?

I'm only seeing these show up from the odd ebay sellers; mainly in gold. $500-700 CDN is a bit more than I'm looking to spend on e-bay'ers who might have artificially high reputations. Could someone recommend a source they were quite happy with? Also, could you please include the shipping time that it took to get to you? I dropped my N7 LTE and a spare moto G (OG) I had is just not cutting it.
