Hola; I don't speak english; - to modify the size of the photos taken by the camera, try to modify "camera-features.xml" in system/cameradata/camera-features.xml; You have to try and test different configurations according to how you modify the values, it is not necessary to restart the mobile, just stop the application and delete its data, then restore its default configuration..... i'm using oneui 3.1 on my Galaxy A22 4g
