I need to find the product code for lumia 710, is it anywhere written on the phone like the lumia 800? or do i need to connect it to Nokia Care Suit to find out?

If so call microsoft and tell them I bought a windows phone and it is asking for an activation code. If they don't give it to you, keep calling and ask for one from someone else. Took me a couple tries.
If you are talking about the serial number, take off the back cover and it should be on a sticker under the battery.

and chat with microsoft supporter
yeah its written on the panel behind the battery...it starts wid 05 and u have to consider the first 7 characters only..leave the rest..
