Where is my xda app !?

Hi,
Every time after mount and dismount my phone for transfer to PC my xda app disappear !
Xda app is the only app that was install on my SD card.
I think that is the problem !
But when I thansfer the app SD card to phone, same append.
Every time after dismount I must reinstall the app !!
Help please....
