I got my Note7 Duos (Viet) on the 18 of August and everything is working amazingly so far, I've installed 3 different custom roms and two different FD and F stock roms.

Mine is made in Vietnam. No bootloops and no overheating (unless I choose Performance CPU governor LOL).
Everything feels snappy and awesome.

a pre-ordered 930FD (black) from Saudi Arabia, manufactured on august 1st, it had bootloops, crashes, overheating, etc.. it was basically unusable. flashed both stock ROMs multiple times using ODIN, Smart Switch and via OTA but it didn't help. I have returned it and got my money back since I am almost sure it is a hardware issue.

Made in China, no bootlooping, but it runs a bit warmer than I anticipated. I don't think that's a manufacturer defect or oversight, though.

Bought mine in Vietnam on 24 August, No boot loop, or overheating, runs great, Its the FD model and this morning i flashed Australian rom, country code and Modem. All working well, hasn't missed a beat. Been using it pretty heavy with getting everything the was i want. It's a great phone. I saw news, samsung is thinking of a recall....because of exploding battery.
