I've just installed Ubuntu on my tf101. I complied and installed touchegg for multitouch, but it wouldn't auto start on boot. Where should I put touchegg command to make it auto start? I've tried ~/.xinitrc and ~/.xsession, but both didn't work.

If on Lxde, /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart, on lubuntu /etc/xdg/lxsession/lubuntu/autostart and in gnome there should be an app for that.

Does the touchegg give multitouch?
Why do you not use touchegg from a ubuntu repository?

Touchegg is a project on sourceforge.net. I don't think it's had updates since 2011. When I use raring Ubuntu the touchegg didn't work well.

I've installed touchegg for The Raring Ringtail from ppa, but it seems the prog doesn't give any effect for multitouch on tf101. But on my Tubuntu the touchpad doesn't support drag without left key :(

    You have to execute it.
It doesnt affect the touchpad, but the screen, your problem is normal on 2.6.
