Where the hell is our Note 3 feature package??

Why dont we have a Note 3 feature mod yet? There are 4.3 roms out for our device, I have searched for about a week now with no reason as to why we dont have the Note 3 features ported to our device yet. Maybe Im just to much of a noob to know the reason, but if anyone has any insight please clue me in.

We need a 4.3 touchwiz leak first. The 4.3 roms are aosp based.

Won't work on i605 devices already tried it and several n7100 builds. The s pen won't even work.
