Where to buy a VOOC 3.0 Charger

Anyone know where I can buy a VOOC 3.0 charger? I lost mine so I need a replacement.
Alternatively, does anyone know if VOOC 3.0 is backwards compatible with VOOC 2.0/Dash Charge or SuperVOOC/Warp Charge?

You can use a Dash charger from Oneplus.
I tried it and it gave me the same charging speed.
