it's okay I guess, but doesn't seem very 'sturdy'. Although the fact that it doesn't make the phone too bulky, is good. And weighs only 20g

Have the same case + camera protector. Case is fine, but I don't like the camera protector. Think it changes the quality of the pictures a bit when against light. Thought it's cut around the lenses (at least on the pic in their site was like that). Decided to buy some metal frame from Aliexpress that is cut around them.

As of today, June 1st they are still giving me excuses about how it is in transit, etc.

Is there anything else I can do?

I'm so glad I checked back in to this post, there's been a lot of activity since I last saw it. I had checked Giztop a long time ago but gave up on finding the true global Mi 11 Ultra. In fact, I was having trouble finding it anywhere. Thank you to everyone for your posts. I'm in the US and LTE Band 66 is essential where I live to have fantastic T-Mobile coverage. I just ordered the white global from Giztop with express shipping. Fingers crossed it goes smoothly as I've never ordered something from so far away.

Yes I do. Unfortunately the tracking number says that it was shipped on May 12, and USPS created a label but never received it.

I see some folks in US, buying and selling in a month's time on sites like swappa. Not sure if there is something wrong with phones or just getting rid of the phone while there is demand as these phones goes down in their resale value very quickly. Am still waiting on my phone from trading shenzhen since May 24th shipped to california.

They are not even willing to refund me 29 dollars for express shipping. I paid for express shipping and they messed up.

They will refund me if I take my reviews down

Well if you paid for Express Shipping then yes I would certainly file a Paypal Claim. I would additionally call (after making the claim with all the additional information provided) to make sure a person actually reads all the details. You will (I'd say) get your money back. I wouldn't really worry about it.
