Only the locked carrier specific versions are available at the carrier stores (AT&T, Sprint), the unlocked version with the $399 promotional pricing is available only from HTC at htc.com as someone else has already mentioned. The promotional pricing ends tomorrow 11/06, so hurry or it will cost you!
