I have now emailed the (woefully inadequate) customer services department over 40 times in a hope that they are even reading their emails properly to see if we're getting the Android Nougat Update for the Axon 7 Mini in the UK. Alll I get is the same crappy canned and preprepared rubbish. I think this is so poor, I can foresee the company will be demolished next year if they don't sort out these updates and actually listen to their customers. I'm so sick and tired of this. ZTE....no future custom from me I'm afraid....last device I ever buy from you. You have officially **** the bed with me....it's a shame cuz the device as a whole is pretty good....I just can't give my hard earned cash to a company with this poor level of customer interaction and I now doubt the validity of the warranty you get with the devices. If mine breaks down....I wouldn't risk sending it in for repair as I don't think I'd get it back.... sorry ZTE...I shall be telling people not to get your stuff in the future.....you have officially pissed me off royally....

have u installed?it works?each country have different fw...from russia with love...
Installed on my phone (from Digi Mobil Romania).
Works good for the moment, but only few hours of usage.
I have done no factory reset yet. In the past I had a lot of issues when using phone without factory reset after an update.

Somewhere near the Moscow

I wrote about this in another thread.
Also half year ago i used Spanish 1.0.0B09 firmware and it worked like a charm.
Same version numerating, same bands, signature verification... It looks fully equal. I don't see any problems.

But this is only your choice - to use or not.

Firstly, go online on any computer and go to the global ZTE support and grab the Spanish Axon 7 Mini android 6 file. Then grab the Russian update on your computer too. Oh and make sure you have a good unzip program. Unzip both files and then let me know. It may take some time. You will end up with two update.zip files.( Store them separately so as to not be confused:) )

Firstly, i did not purchase my axon 7 mini from carphone warehouse, I bought it from Amazon so I do not know if it is a UK Or EU Model, Please see the screenshot attached so maybe I do not have to download the Spanish version.
Also

is this link for Android 6?(notice the date)

Ok, so don't worry about the Spanish version. Go grab the Russian update file 0n your pc and unzip it. :) (your lucky, the Carphone warehouse version is buggy and restrictive )

Actually, the Carphone version came with everything. In the official retail box (such a gorgeously packaged device) with case, fast charger and earbuds, plus a cleaning cloth:)

After you have the file unzipped, you should see a file called update.zip.
Go grab your USB cable and plug it in your computer first then your phone... Make sure when it asks what type of connection you want (on your phone), pick the media transfer method. It should then come up as two external drives (if you have an microsd in) if not, should only show one drive. Hopefully you have an mem-card in, select that on and open it.

Copy over the update.zip file into the top directory of your mem-card file system., Then, after its transferred, unplug phone and make sure you have at least 50% battery left. Then just hit the update option in your settings menu:) it should work fine. Try that...if it didn't work....let me know...I'll try and help further if I can :)

Nope, keep the update.zip file compressed. Transfer it to the first screen you see on your computer when you open the window for the sdcard folder:) the top directory as it's called:).

And no problems Bud:) techs a passion, I used a raspberry pi to help me upgrade. It's my main computer apart from a pine64. (Ps, I detest Microsoft and Windows, too many rules and regs, and viruses.) Lol.

If I'm awake, I'll try and help :)
