I've tried them all over the years. There is nothing like Chrome, especially if you use it as your main browser on all your other devices/computers. The tab syncing is ridiculously convenient, and you can have all your bookmarks in one place. It's also a fantastic tabbed browser.
+1 ! :good: Sync is awesome if Chrome is also your Desktop browser especially if you're like me and have loads of tabs open at all times. Tab management (switching/closing etc) on Chrome is the best I've seen - again, really great if you use lots of tabs.

Ive been using chrome for about a month or so and love it. Have tried others such as opera, dolphin, and firefox. Dolphin is the only other one i liked.

Boat Browser mini... Fast and a ton of features.

Chrome lacks features and a history tab. Plus you can't share pics of a Web page.

Dolphin hd

Chrome is my second although it still need work. I don't like how its two steps to get to bookmarks unlike dolphin which is a quick slide of the finger. Also chrome tends to have text sizing inconsistencies on some sites where part of it is sized normal and some url 's at the top are tiny. The zoom feature for small text is hit or miss usually miss and desktop bookmarks reload every time you go there instead of caching them and calling for an update. No home button or page either is annoying to me.

I use several. Seems different sites work just a little different with certain browsers. Dolphin is great for sites with flash. Chrome seems to be the best at desktop user agent. Firefox and Xscope are pretty quick. I find that I use the stock browser if there's a flash video i want to download.

I'm a fan of the stock browser. Chrome is great for the syncing but the lack of history is a major oversight. Dolphin has good voice search but if you're on JB then the stock has that covered as well.

Quick tip for people using Chrome...if there comes a time that you need flash, you can install an app called Flashify, it basically allows you to share the URL with any other browser you have installed, it's really simple and only takes a second.

I am actually pretty shocked more people aren't mentioning Dolphin. It's far faster than stock, even Chrome IMO. Only Opera may be faster (only on some websites and marginally so, slower on others) however Opera's UI is awful and featureless.

The real edge is the UI. The UI blows every other browser out of the water. It has a format very similar to chrome on the PC (more so than Chrome for mobile interestingly enough), works seamlessly, and is still faster than the rest. I have tried them all, and Dolphin is the best by far IMO. It has the whole package.

It also allows add-ons, which allow you to do things like sync your bookmarks with desktop chrome browsers.

I'm a big chrome user on my desktop as well as at work. Having a mobile version has great benefits including bookmark syncing etc...
But, until it gets flash There is nothing better than stock android browser.

Dolphin HD. It's designed specifically for smartphones, and doesn't try to be all things to all people. It allows you to browse as a desktop so you aren't redirected to borked mobile sites. Chrome allows you to 'ask' for a regular website too, but it's not a global setting, so you have to do it for every damned site.

Dolphin HD is by far the best.

I hate the way the bookmarks tab looks on Chrome, and the fact that it has to pull them from the Web. Dolphin bookmarks and start page are win.

I'm a big fan of the Maxthin browser since I started using it with a rooted Transformer TF101. It was a lot more stable than the stock, loaded pages much quicker and had a lot less quirks. The stock on the TF101 would lag and take along time to load pages like some have said. Switched over to Maxthon and won't look back.

I just downloaded the Maxthon browser on my S3 and fiddled a little. It loads pages a lot quicker than the stock browser, but I have to say the interface for inputting an address needs some refinement. It's just a blank white space and could be confusing to some. Otherwise performance is great, fast load times on 4G.
