For the s3? I usually just stuck with the stock browser for my previous android phones, but I can't stand the galaxy s3 browser. A lot of pages take forever to load even though my connection is fast and some images overall for me are kinda glitchy when they load.
Chrome other than it has no Flash support and has a very poor touch screen GUI.

Dolphin HD if you nee Flash support.

Haven't tried any others than Chrome. I love that it immediately syncs with my desktop Chrome, including the tabs I have open. Lack of Flash has yet to be a problem for me, since the platform has deprecated and any sites that still rely on it are not worth my time.

Chrome for me, I love the sync with desktop see what tabs I have open on other pc etc. Love how it prevent from clicking wrong button with zooming when unclear.

Yes No flash can be a downside but flash is a thing of the past. No support in jelly been. Time to move on.

Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app

Its real nice and might be the best but im not giving this browser permissions to something called SID and my google account.
I never had any browser ask me for those kind of permissions or any permissions-ever.

I wouldnt trust this running on my phone-uninstalled,but it was real good and fast.
It's the same permissions the stock browser is granted.

Chrome for me. I love the tabbing compared to other browsers.
And since its already my browser of choice on a desktop, all my setting and bookmarks are synced.

Chrome also seems to run faster compared to other browsers. The loading of webpages felt snappier and less lag when it came to scrolling. Even the going through the settings seem quick.

My top two are stock browser and Google Chrome Beta. I have Dolphin installed and mostly for its great plug-ins with apps. Stock browser and Chrome use least resources and run snappiest for me. Flash via stock browser. I picked up Boat browser and ICS Browser+ based on this thread... Ill try them out. Sprint Galaxy S3 Blazer v1.6 and Kettle Korn Kernel.

Chrome: syncing is great, fast, gestures are easy to learn, etc...but no flash
Firefox: fast, great UI, syncing is great...but has problems with some flash sites
Opera Mini: Best on lower-end devices
Dolphin: fast as hell, add-ons, voice commands...but crashes on Facebook mobile...?

Personally, I went with Dolphin HD. I want to root for Firefox, but it still has a little ways to go...
