I have flashed the zip and now I have working busybox. Thanks.
The problem I am facing now is that I cannot edit set_immutable.list
I have remounted system partition as rw, I can edit the file, save it, but after restart set_immutable.list is reverted. ?

You are not 100% rooted because immutable.list is reverting back after restart. You must flash true fastbot unlocked B.609 boot.img and then you will be 100% rooted

Yes, looks like that was the missing step. Thanks.

Can someone explain to me what is the difference between unlocked boot and default (locked) one?
In another words, how to unlock the boot image?

It depends by the developer but usually they remove set_imuttble.list,add init.d support, zipalign apps on every boot and tweaking database(sqlite3).If you don't know what are you doing better not mess with boot.img because if you flash true fastboot wrong or damaged boot.img you will brick your phone.
