I was thinking about buying a cheap (used) phone and install a Lineageos 12 what u think about it? I dont need to waste money for some new one, Which ones are supported and is good or bad idea.

Lineage v12.1 is based on Android Lollipop. Why trying to use a device with such an outdated OS?

Yes, android 12 is lineage 19. Well, a cheap phone. I recon you should search for what cheap phones are available for you. Make a list with what phones you like. Then search them using xda. Cheap phones offer might be different for you.
