Which launcher do you use??

I recommend GoogleHome launcher from PaGApps. It is most beautiful launcher, but it works only on android 4.3+

I'm using ILWT CM7 with LauncherPro. Very fast launcher and gets the job done. On CM10.1-11, I used Trebucket and tried Nova and Apex. Didn't notice any difference in speed.

Go Launcher ex - it has folders in app drawer, it's fast and it is the only one that has notifications working on kitkat.
I've tried Nova but I have to go back to go launcher again.
