Which launcher do you use??

I use zeam launcher its a small fast simple little thing and love it . Its fast and small mem footprint.. I even replaced the stock launcher with zeam 2.8.8 in system and just updated once it was in system ... good launcher

I use CM7 primarily, and when I'm on there I remove the stock ADW launcher and replace it with the stock GB 2.3 launcher. Smooth, fast, and no crashes or bugs.

I have ADWEX its way better than free. Other than that I like GO and Regina is nice but there are just a few things I can't deal with all the time

most of the time I use the MIUI Launcher
the only thing missing are the scrollable widgets

but I got LauncherPro, Launcher7 and SPB as well

These days, Go Launcher, its free, its skinable, and also has a bunch of free widgests (for me, a sense-like calendar, and a messaging widget).

Go Launcher, I love the sphere effect.

I second both of these... I'm using Go Launcher EX + Transparency theme + ALL go widgets... I started using it because see below...

LauncherPro Plus. I just switched my wife's G2 to LPP because the default ADW in CM7 is laggy as hell.

I purchased LPP, and it was great on virtuous 0.8 - 1.0, but after version 0.8.5 on it just got to be horrible... always force closing, laggy as hell and just plain horrible... also with "auto-rotate" off, when you open the keyboard it doesn't rotate the homescreen as it should...

really frustrating cause I not only purchased it, I purchased the LP Sense theme for the built-in LP widgets so they would look exactly like sense, as I use sense roms... can't do it anymore... every time you come out of an app back to LPP, or if you open the keyboard when on a homescreen with LPP widget, it freezes up for almost a minute and then force closes and takes almost another minute to "refresh" everything on that homescreen...

Go Launcher EX has none of these issues, it is very slight lag when opening keyboard, but I can handle a 0.5-2sec lag depending on what all is running in the background... 60-90seconds with LPP I CAN NOT... federico needs to get it together and finish up his complete rewrite, hopefully then it will be useable... but I still think it will be too little too late as I have come to absolutely LOVE GoLauncherEX + horizontal looping app drawer + cylinder effect...

I switched to Android about 4 months ago (I can't believe what I have been missing all this time!) and having tested quite a few ROMs and launchers, I have settled (at least for the moment being) for Virtuous Unity 2.35.0 with ADW EX.

Reason being: This particular ROM (with the corresponding kernel + bulletproof tweaks) is the one I find to give me longer battery life whilst being very fast and complete despite it being a Sense ROM - which I'm not particularly keen on - otherwise I actually prefer MIUI (except for its launchers original iPhone looks and the problem it seems to have with battery life). As per the launcher, ADW EX seems to me the cleanest and fastest of the "no so simple" launchers I have tried! (That being: GO EX, ADW EX and LauncherPRO) - ADW EX is as customizable as GO EX but not so laggy as the latter, and in comparison to LauncherPRO, I find ADW much more complete and customizable. I'm on HTC Desire Z

I'm using GO Launcher EX on MIUI. ADW and LPP had lag issues for me on my G1 so I tried GO and carried it over to my G2. I get all the customization and themes like ADW and LPP, without the lag.

I use Go Launcher EX as well. The main reason I do so is because it is very similar to Launcher Pro in terms of widgets. However, Go Launcher seems to be a little faster and has more themes that I like. Also, there is no lag after reboot with Go Launcher as there is with Launcher Pro.

I'm not sure it’s the latest but you can get it from the Market. Just search for ginger bread launcher.

Flash it in recovery and it removes the free ADW launcher and installs the stock launcher. It includes the 3D app drawer, which the one off the market does not.

Though only for HTC, but I like Sense 3.5 a lot. After removing some unused (by me) apps from the great rom, it even runs fine on my Desire Z.
