I'm using holo launcher right now, its a 4.0 styled launcher made for gingerbread and up. You can even make folders just like ics. Recommended for those who want the look of ics but gingerbread running.

I use Trebuchet, tried Apex and Nova, i chooced Trebuchet as DD.

Nova Prime on aokp roms. I've was traing Go launcher, but it was to heavy for dz.

Lightning Launcher its small and uses little memory. Has a bit of a learning curve, but very customizable.

Switched yesterday fromt trebuchet to Nova.

IMHO Nova is more flexible in term of themeing like icons and dock and is faster then trebuchet

Nova is what I use, and will use nothing else. Trebuchet seems to be what most roms come with, and it's very stable, but can be slow and not very nice to the eyes. Apex just sucks, cause all I get is crashes and more slow downs.

Nova is fast and very stable, and I like how smooth the animations are.

it runs so smoothly, I hardly ever hit any lag. Great launcher, would recommend for anyone on ICS or JB

I think I tried all of them, but finally I decided to use ADW on GB and Nova on ICS/JB - both in paid version to support (and thanks!) the developers :good:
