Just wondering of what peoples opinions are on the best remote desktop client is for the tf701?

I only ever intend to connect locally to a windows 7 professional x64 system, I have been using Microsoft's app since getting my asus 24 hours ago... it works yes but I have a feeling there will be better?

I hear great things about splashtop?

Thanks

Used to do this constantly. Look for an app by a company called Xtralogic - it was brilliant. Paid for the full version, just because if how well it worked with the mobile dock (pretty sure the program was designed for the TF101 and has probably only gotten better!).

I have used Splashtop, JumpVNC and the mircrosoft remote one. All worked very well. Spashtop was my preference if on my home network as it offers great tablet gui support to work around the fact you don't really have a windows machine infront of you. The MS one worked well over the internet as splashtop want money for that. MS was the easiest to setup as no extra client is needed on the windows box.

I use team Viewer, it's free and works great for me. You need to have the client running on the desktop pc, however for free it works great for my needs. I use it for my main pc, HTPC, my mother in laws, my dad's and at work.
