Which ROMs support Backlights Notification?

Can you suggest some ROMs/Kernels, which support Backlights into a Notification.
I try CM12.1 with f4ktion Kernel, and it is working, but sometimes buttons frozen.
There are any other possibility?
There are some suggested stable ROMs, with working BLN?

i am still on KK and that BLN feature is mandatory!

what is the latest ROM supporting BLN with blinking?:victory:

before posting an 'reply' one should consider i wrote 'with blinking'
i am not interested in some retrograde surrogate like nstools!

ok, i know the S4MiNi is a cheap outdated device. it never had an notification LED built-in. to me it was the biggest sensation to 'misuse' the button-backlight
for optical-notification, recognizable without touching or even be in close-range to the device.
i am curious, if this becomes available again on L, M or N though :silly:
