I cannot use some services such as Proton VPN app and apps that require it to capture everything on your screen (ie market research). I also cannot install TubeMate.
The screen does not register when I TAP "connect" or "record" on the app to do these tasks. For TubeMate I cannot install the app from the get go because when I try tap "install", the tap does not register.
I know it's not a problem with my touchscreen asymy mum's phone has the same problem. I think there's a setting in developer mode that I need to enable?
No other issues with my phone. Android 6. Unrooted.
