Which version to buy - rootable & many available custom-roms?

Hey Guys,

After a lot of Research for a HTC 10 replacement i came across the LG V20.
Sound & changeable battery is a must have for me.

Is there any specific version i should buy, when it comes to root & custom rom availability? Im located in Germany, if that matters.
