white fascinate battery cover?

I second this, myself owning this exact case. It is available through Amazon and ebay also, Amazon sells for a lower price, but with shipping considered ebay is cheaper. The white back is like some sort of polyester, mine has a few wrinkles at the edges, but it feels great to the touch. The case fits the phone snugly and the kick-stand is great too, solid feeling and adjustable in angle.

My brother in law has the white one and he is a printing press operator..... the white looks dirty all the time. He says that in retrospect... he should have gotten the black version. I agree, at least for someone that may be exposed to dirt, grease, oil, ink. A mechanic likely would HATE a white one!

Spoke with both Best Buy and Samsung today in my free time at work.

Best Buy said to contact their parts department at 1-888-237-8289

Samsung Rep also told me to call parts and said they will be able to place the order for you.
"Melvin: You can call official Samsung parts dealer at 1800-627-4368. Timings: Mon – Fri. 9am to 6pm EST."

I haven't called either yet, but will get around to it to see if we can buy a replacement and the cost of it. (I can't imagine it would cost more than the black which is about $7-8)

i just called both of these numbers, unfortunately samsung parts said the phone was 'too new' so they didn't have any parts yet; and best buy told me that i had to have a warranty thru bestbuy (aka had to buy my phone there) in order to buy parts. Any one else had any luck on a white battery cover?

Best buy sells a white edition fascinate. If you had taken the time and read the whole thread you would have seen that

Just to further comment on this, I got my hands on a dummy unit from a local Best Buy that had a cracked "screen" on it. When I went to try and disassemble it, I found that the entire phone is molded together and it is not a real battery cover on the back... very disappointing

I tried calling Samsung parts and no dice, they only offer the black battery door.

I doubt getting a white battery door that isn't third party is ever going to be possible.

Ebay has some, but they're rather expensive. The most I would want to pay for such a thing is 2-3 dollars. Any other price is blatantly disrespectful. It's a thin piece of plastic that in my opinion, only keeps the battery from falling out. That being said, I have a white case and it's awesome.

I need a new back cover for mine. It fell a long, long ways and the only thing that got really screwed up is the back cover. I currently have a white one but white/black I don't really care. Any links?
