Fremont or San Francisco
after one morning of usage (phone practically just sits on the work desk), one side started to show a silver line of bubbles. Fortunately, it's still outside of the screen area, but I am afraid it's going to slowly crawl over to the screen area....

is this caused by imperfect installation, or is it product defect?

This looks nice too. I think the UAG Plasma may be a bit too bulky for my liking.

Anyone using the Spigen Neo Hybrid with no problem?

I have uag and neo hybrid. They are both very nice and both works great with this screen protector. IMO though the UAG looks, feels and works best. Less gap between screen protector and case with the UAG and on my phone it looks almost seamless.

Happening to mine as well. I am am thinking about taking it off and sending in for a refund and then try again when more are available.

What you're seeing is the adhesive being pulled out from under the screen. If not cleaned up well after the first curing process, then the portion of the adhesive that is still protruding can stick to things like your hands and clothes, and ball up. When you wipe away any of this, there is a chance that it will pull some of the other adhesive (under the screen) with it.

I received and installed mind today, install went ok, but I ended up with a quarter sized bubble over the home button. It seems there wasn't enough glue in the vial to cover the whole screen which resulted in the bubble. Hoping Amazon will issue a refund and I will be purchasing another kit once the become available again.

You know the first link goes to an icrap 7 screen protector, correct? Far as I can tell, this isn't even available for the S8+ or S8. I'm guessing the only ones dumb enough to pay for this are the people who get icraps.

Also, WHO would pay ~$50 for a screen protector? That's just much too expensive. yes, the device costs about $850 but unless this is guaranteed to work, I don't see myself spending $50 for it.
So, first off it is working. I've had mine installed for about a week as has my girlfriend.

This is the best solution available for a glass screen that's curved.

Complain or cast espursions all you want.

I'd rather take my chances with this protector that's actually usable vs one with adhesive around the very edges.

Amazon will pretty much issue the refund no questions asked.

On the left side of my screen, my protector is beginning to lift. Not caused by case interference either.

I've reached out to the seller to get an idea when more will be available.

The seller has been responsive so far but I don't have my hopes up.

I also have had the same issues. I ended up taking mine off because on both sides chunks were coming out when cleaned it or anything and the visible spots were driving me nuts. At least I know it wasn't just me. I'm sending it back to Amazon for a refund. Thing is I don't know if I should try and buy another one or not...I see people say about making sure you clean it off during the first whipe before you cure it but I'm wondering if this truly helps.

I'm going to try one more time. Though I am still conflicted between S8 and S8+20170505_112652.jpg

Yea other than my mishap with not having enough glue this screen protector is the best I've used so far. I've been using it the the Spigen Neo Hybrid with no issues.

I took mine off this evening. I'm going to give it another shot when the regular S8 protectors come back in stock. I do have an S8+ version here, but I'm not putting that on as if I do decide to keep an S8+ instead of S8, I will be getting the Orchid Grey variant.

Just got a mail from them:
Previously it was only available to ship in U.S but from now on it will be available to send outside of US in Amazon as we turned to international sales.
Please notice this for your reference.

Currently we are doing re-instock process to Amazon storage and expecting that will be able to open the page on this Monday or at least Tuesday.

I installed two Samsung Galaxy S8 Whitestone Domes today. Went pretty well. Followed the instructions of the YouTube video to the letter. First one looks great, completely and seamlessly melded to the screen via the adhesive (a vile smelling solution) for an almost invisible application. Second one looks great, too.

They are not perfect, though. The first one developed a small string of bubbles on the left edge just under the curve after a few hours. The bubbles are very small, but clear enough upon inspection. Acceptable. Also, a very small chunk of adhesive is missing from a lower edge, probably from the an alcohol wipe-down after the second cure with uv light, leaving an almost pinpoint small light leak.

The second one's bottom edge and bottom left and right curves of the screen protector are clearly visible against the backdrop of the phone screen (perhaps the same reason one Amazon reviewer said that "the edges of the glass catches the screen light kinda like a LED strip light making it a glow around the screen"). From the side, viewing the screen protector's bottom in profile, it looks like a snow cornice or a cliff overhang compared to the fairly ninety degree cut of the glass at the top of the screen protector and on both the top and bottom of the first screen protector. Maybe I see it because the glue didn't get all the way down there and fill up the space underneath? I don't think so, but I don't know for sure. Inconsistent and a little frustrating, but acceptable for now.

The rest of the second screen protector melded to the screen, and is for all intents and purposes invisible except for the tiny tufts of dust and debris clinging to the adhesive here and there (almost invisible application). Be gentle removing dust and lint and debris for fear of taking out chunks of adhesive resulting in light leaks.

I have not yet activated the phones, I wanted protection first, so I cannot comment on how well the Whitestone Dome works. For the most part, so far it looks and feels great. I'll update after using the phone for a week or two. I do feel that for $45 there should be an extra tube or two of adhesive at least in case of a mistake or failure to launch.

In my opinion, not the perfect screen for protector the Samsung Galaxy S8, but the best one available currently.

Thank you.
