Save $5 by getting the version without UV light

Did you do the tipping motion to move the adhesive to the middle before dropping the glass?
I did mkve the adhesive to the centre (best on my last attempt). I have attempted applying a screen protector 3 times. The first time I had to tip the tray to force the glue to cover the bottom. The sexond time the glue would not reach the top part. I checked the surface I used was level. The third time I got a better distribution of the glue. The point is that cases seem to lift the screen protector on the edges just where at the top and bottom you'd expect less glue. Ideally the screen protector should have some glue already applied at these weak points as used by standard protectors.

Yeah well cases will lift any and all screen protectors as far as I know... If you go on YouTube there is a YouTuber by the name of GravX and on his video about the Whitestone he has a Google spreadsheet that lists of his case compatibilities currently tested...

I have mine on with my Spigen Tough Armor case and it is a absolute perfect combo

I used this that has a stronger adhesive than the Whitestone dome glass.

InvisShield True Fit Full Adhesive Tempered Glass

I like the Invishield installation method better. I had a perfect install with the Whitestone, but it wouldn't surprise me to see other TG companies follow a more traditional install method.

Just an fyi, I used googone around the edges and the remaining balls of glue came off. I installed for the first time and it is perfect. Great product!

Hey!
This is Whitestone! I am so sorry about has happened to you. By reading your post, I would just have to give a guess that UV light was not enough or the glass did not fully stick. Sometimes edges may be sharp and dirt may get in because the space in between the glass and the LCD display may have thicker adhesive layer than other installations. If you could contact us through the website you bought it from, we may be able to help you out!

I have attempted to apply the screen twice. With the second kit, provided free by Whitestone UK, i noticed that the glue was thicker in the middle than the top and bottom. Any chance you evolve the solution to have a more even distribution of the glue?
I am afraid there are no plans to sell glue separately.
If you contact the Whitestone UK again, I'm sure they will be able to help you!
Thanks

Are you using the samsung alcantra case? I thought gravx showed in his vids that that case will push up the corners and is incompatible with dome glass.
Yes I'm using the Alacantra case and in the case review videos he said that all Samsung cases are compatible with the dome glass if I'm not mistaken. The case is fine and even when I purposely push the case corners hard to my phone it doesn't lift the glass.

FYI....if you screw up you can redo it. It takes some work. Once you get it off use hot water and soap and just work off the glue. Also WD-40 works to get the remaining glue off. Clean really well with dish soap. Dry with microfiber. Clean again with alcohol wipes and dry again. Then you can reapply it. My second time it looks perfect.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I ordered and installed your product and it's great! If the instructions are followed the install should be as planned for those having trouble.

Thanks Whitestone!

I would have to agree with others in the thread,
£50 for 1 protector is too much, 2 protectors 2 glue, its a no brainer.

I love the concept but when the TGSP is £7 and the glue is £3 - The frame is a great addition for accuracy and the concept of course is great but worth £40 for it?

They haven't even responded to my message sent on 28th which is a shame. It's certainly left a bad feeling with me after spending £45+ on a screen protector.
