Got a $3 anti-glare screen protector from ebay. Wet it a little and they apply on the screen. It is bubble-less and works great. No more oily smudges. Works the same.
In a lot of cases they actually improve screen performance by giving it a smoother/slicker feel. The glass they use is designed primarily for durability and clarity, not comfort.Just got mine two days ago. Rooted it. Loaded apps. Lovin it and finally, to get to your question, no I have not and don't plan on getting one. Never use them on phones so I don't plan on starting. I really don't think they are needed and I also think they degrade the screen performance. I could be wrong but JMO.

Opposite for me...my finger kinda skids on the glass when I'm making long swiping movements. I didn't get an anti-glare though, just a regular clear protector off of eBay which didn't affect screen quality at all.definitely sans-screen protector. They never let my finger slide as easily on the nekkid glass...
B&N Anti Glare (aka, Matte) by far. Doesn't hurt screen sharpeness, and really keeps down smudging and even phantom touches. $16 may be a bit pricey, but you might be able to sell your spare for $8 to people on the forum...Which screen protector is the best?
