No they only way is to send it back to oppo or take to a service center. It happened to me and I called oppo and they said I have to take it to a service center. I luckily remembered mine. It sucks they don't let you reset your pin with a puk code.

You will have to wait until 2.15 or even 2.17 for the next batch of quota......
