why cool1 "clone" doesn't have the same community strength?

i noticed that there are similar low prices for the pborher of this phone called cool1, it is a little better with dual cam, bigger battery but the SOC IS THE SAME

so... i don't understand why for that phone there are'n any custom rom to flash......
