This has been going on, on two phones i have had that is Android, when ever i try and download something, it never completes how do u fix this, because it is annoying.
Why do downloads stop at 100% and not complete, how do u fix this?

Get better internet? That's usually the problem and not the phone.

Happens to me all the time, just about every download. My wifi is pushing 100+mbps so thats not the problem
Perhaps some download app or security app installed???

Nope i have not installed security or download apps, been happening since day one!
