I kinda feel bad I'm thinking maybe English isn't his first language and he's desperately trying to figure out how to use Google translate so he can tell me to fu*k off lol

Sorry to resurrect the thread. But the problem of this limitation is that I am unable to install new apps because of these 2 gb.

Sigh. OK. For those of you that just refuse to search. Allow me to spoonfeed.

Your 16gb space is used by system, data, and sdcard
Its split in a way that the system resides in its own partition and data in its own so that when you wipe data/factory reset from recovery you don't wipe your sdcard.

You don't need more than 2gb partition for apps at this time. If an app needs more space it will utilize the sdcard to store extra data and the app will link itself where it needs to go.

I don't understand how this doesn't seem to sink in. Its not a complicated layout.

I think i understand the thread TY for post, but haven't found where anyone has answered the question how to change storage part. or swap it... Be awesome if my phone was all one partition like the pic. of my tab ...or would that be bad for my phone? Something i'm missing here :( ?

Go and increase the internal space to 6 or 8gb like in the upper link. Obviously the original 2gb sucks. It is not true apps can be installed in the usb storage. Google Apps alone can collapse all your internal space and then you can not use the phone to install Whatsap Mesenger or similar apps. You can increase this, install cm13 and have a Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100 working really nice (even better than some new devices).
