Why does the video hang/lag/slow on Instagram Lineage OS 14.1 on board the Samsung S4 Mini I9195I?
Something with LOS 14.1 is in the instagram application and cm 14.1 too, I upload the video shot on the camera and just downloaded from youtube and freezes, its for some reason in the instagram (in story too), but in other applications (for example facebook ) all is well, without lags. I installed LOS 17 and stock 4.4.4 Kitkat, it loads into insta without freezes and normal play, I don know exactly where the problem is in LOS 14.1 with video freezing/slowing after loading instgram stories and feed (the original video is all normal, without freezes).
