Question Why no Theme Store

I bought this phone today the guy who sells it was using theme store app without any problem but after i factory reset it. the app gone and even if i download theme store apk it doesnt work properly. not showing any theme on recommandations or themes section only place i can find is categories and if i download a theme from there it changes only main screen wallpaper not lock screen or icons. any idea why and how can i fix it.

im using oneplus 9 pro 2123 eu with oxygen os 12.1 c61 update.

Only works on Indian Nord 2 variants, trust me you won't be able to skin or change the base system font without rooting EU Nord firmware is a piece of ****e

Sometimes it's not preinstalled on the phone on purchase. It's only put on the Indian variants or the stock ROM. OnePlus prevent it working on the EU ones for some reason.

Tried that, doesn't work at all for me. All I get is blue square with a white dot in the centre, doesn't even display the fonts or wallpapers or themes. I have attached a photo to show you what happens. If you could assist getting it working that would be great thanks for your comment

until the last few days the theme store also worked on the eu rom (kp why it doesn't work anymore)

Yeah it's a strange one, I normally buy REDMI NOTE OR REALME they are normally completely unlocked and you can put any font you want on them, I won't buy a nord again or a oneplus brand, they are ****.

Oh I see what you mean I don't think that OS is ready for Nord 2 5G

It doesn't work tho, I installed it on my 9 Pro LE2125 running OOS 13 Open Beta 1 NA, it downloads the theme, font, etc, but pressing apply opens an invisible screen and nothing happens.
