why RR & AICP 7.1.1 can't use China Telecom?

flashed newest build.(AICP 4/14 and RR 4/8)
I only can use LTE.
cdma don't work.
as a result,SMS don't work,and I can't call anyone.

How to fix it?

Find one way to fix it:
Clean flash rr 4/13 build.
If still don't work,clean flash rr 2/25 build,then update to 4/13 build.
DO NOT flash gapps.
After reboot, confirm that cdma works,then reboot to recovery to flash gapps(if you need gapps)

This doesn't solve the problem. As the new build is lack of options to set preferred network type to CDMA like in the old builds. I don't know why , but the developer just removed those types for choosing from. Only 4G, 3G, 2G options remains, but none of them is CDMA type. As a result, we cannot use China telecom SIM on the latest build.

I really hope the developer can bring the feature back for us to choose more network type as before. Because I think many of the Mi4C users are Chinese and many of them need CDMA. Now I just stopped upgrade this rom. I 'm currently on 0214 build.

I just flashed the latest build, 0418, the network types are all back! You can choose CDMA without any problem

You must chang the setting...
The China Telecom SIM must put in SIM1.
If you used double card,the SIM2 must use the GSM modem.

Thanks for your answer, but it's a old question...Now 7.1.2 work, but 8.1 this issue exist.
