Why the screen of my HTC Sensation consume so much battery?

Hello,

I have a new HTC Sensation, I am very happy with it except one thing:

When I display the battery consumption through settings screen. It displays that the screen gets 85% of battery energy!!


This is very strange copared with other htc devises that some of my freinds have.

Did you have the same issue?
If it is a problem, dou you knouw how to resolve it?

It is not a problem, probably you were using it all day thats why you got such a high percentage.

Mine was like that when using Sense roms. Since I installed CM7 it has gone down a LOT. Dunno why screen takes up so much in Sense but its normal.

So, according to you it is a software problem, not a hardware one.

To install CM7 rom I need to root my htc sensation. Can you indicate me how to do it?

Go to the dev section and read the sticky on how to root...oh btw, READ READ READ, everything u need is there
