Why to get a Sensation?

I too have a Desire... i'm buying an xe sim free.. I'll get at least £100 for the desire even if i recycle it...

My advice is to get a phone that YOU want to get. You will not gain anything by waiting for a better model to arrive, as that better model will be in the same position the Sensation is, within 4 months of its release. Don't buy into the whole hi-end/lo-end **** as it won't last. And who the hell needs a quad-core phone with more than 1GB of RAM? Get a TABLET if you want a mini-computer. We're talking phones here...

Just find a design that you like, with the specs your require from the phone and buy it. Screw the rest.

the sensation is a greatt phone, its my first htc, and its a great build, the resolution is my fav and its fast and sturdy and if u get the right rom battery life is goood to , but the amaze is better and is almost the same as the sensation,,,, 1 gig ram and supposedly 1.5 dual core and the camera is dopee, butt why wait for something better to come out? just buy the "best? phone thats out right now then when a newer one comes out buy the newer one i get a new phone about every 3 to 4 months, nothing wrong with a collection...
ohh and another thingg.. the development on this device is iNSANE! i hav trouble choosing what to flash hahah im comming from the g2x which was barely supported by devs

You can get the Sensation real cheap now...

Like £252 for the phone AMD a contract altogether..

This is very true. Even though I have a sensation sitting on my desk I always come back to the mytouch 4g.

The form factor, weight, build quality, trackpad and hard camera button are important to me. I love this thing.

This thing had cm7 nightlies in a month or two of release.
