Wi-Fi and Bluetooth problem in micromax a117

WiFi and Bluetooth are not working on any of the ROMs.
It just shows turning on Bluetooth/WiFi and never shows available networks and devices.

try to flash stock rom with SP Flash tool

I have tried flashing stock ROM (all versions) but none of them removed the problem.. . ??
Is there any other way?
