Nope, I remember what it looks like because the last update on my Flex had it, but i just figured it was going to be in the next update. but my phone doesnt have the toggles for it or any app for it, and its the latest ZV4 update
I read on another forum that the user had the same issue and had to swap out at the store. Factory Rest did not help either. Wifi Calling is pre-installed on our device.
Had to call sprint and activate the WIFI calling.. Took 15 min after that before it started working. My address wouldn't show.. but it added in the area (23XX-23XX Insert ST, Mylocation, FL) as the 911 Address. Saved and now works.

Take it back to the place where you got the phone from. The option was not loaded. If you are already on ZV4 than there is not software update to fix this.
I was missing the WiFi calling icon/app. Store reset phone with code ##RTN (that's what they told me). I now have WiFi calling.
^ looks like I am going to the store. I factory reset my phone and the wifi calling option is not there anymore yet I am on ZV4.
You need a service code to be able to reset the software it seems. Just tried this (And you need a trailing # sign)
And the reason I did a factory reset was because before I read this thread, I was also having a problem with not being able to receive calls over wifi calling.

It seems I'm lucky my Wi-Fi calling works perfect for text and calls. Turn on Wi-Fi calling, Authentication error notification, confirm address and done. If I can help lmk

Hi all!
Hoping to get some guidance. My Sprint LG G3 does not have the Wifi Calling icon in the app drawer or the Wifi Calling Option in the settings menu under wireless networks. I have contacted Sprint and they want to do a full reset. I don't think it will work and a little more than annoyed with this. Of course I am out of my exchange window now so that is the only option the Sprint Store is giving me. Any other suggestions?

You could try it by having them reload the software. Fresh rom install. Factory reset though will not bring it up. Most people have had to have their devices swapped out. Sprint Tech store should be able to help you.
Verify of you have the last update. ZV4

Missing WiFi Calling
I'm also missing the WiFi Calling app and menu toggle in Settings, running ZV4 out of the box. I've tried factory reset, everything else works perfect. The phone provisions, the Sprint preloading feature loads all the bloatware, but no WiFi calling.
One other thing I've noticed is I have the factory LG boot screen and sound, no Sprint screen. Same goes for shutdown logo and sound, it's the stock LG version. Honestly, I like these better, but it's very odd since every Sprint phone only uses these for the first boot when new before finishing it's customizations.
Those of you missing WiFi calling, can you check your boot and shutdown screens and sounds?
